New Team At the Shed

Clare Dunleavy will manage the restaurant continuing the strong family presence.

Head Chef Bronwen Laight brings her wonderful experiences of cooking with Matt Moran, Peter Doyle and Philippe Mouchel while in Australia for 10 years. Bronwen, now a Waiheke resident has cheffed locally at the Longhouse and Glass House Lodges and Noursh Cafe.

Chef Matt Griffin has a lot of experience for a young man demonstrating his early commitment to a career as a Chef . Matt studied Culinary Arts at AUT and cheffed at Te Whau vineyard, Palm Beach Clubhouse, Nourish Cafe and at the Heritage Hotel.

Bronwen and Matt are both hugely passionate about food and will combine well with our passion for wine.

Clare will be supported by Belen and Kirsty out front.

Paul may appear occasionally on either side of the pass.
