Cabernet/Merlots:
Selected from the best barrel developed fruit after 18 months of barrel maturation, blended and further wood aged for another 12 months, then bottle aged for 3 years before release. This softens the powerful tannins of extremely ripe low yield berries, clarifies the wine naturally and allows the rich flavours to develop into the fordimably complex wines typical of Bordeaux style excellence.
